Partnerships
Institutions, agencies, universities and civil society organisations can partner with AER to shape, support or co-commission research.
Partnerships
Partnership Models
AER works with partner organisations in several structured ways. All partnerships are governed by AER's neutrality principles — no partner can determine research conclusions.
Types of Partnership
- Research commissioning Partners propose research questions for AER to scope and execute.
- Data contribution Partners share datasets that improve AER coverage.
- Co-publication Partners co-author outputs with AER under shared attribution.
- Institutional affiliation Universities and research centres affiliate with AER programmes.
- Outreach & dissemination Partners help distribute AER outputs to their networks.
Partnership Rule
No partner or funder can direct, alter or veto AER research conclusions. Partnerships that cannot accommodate this principle will not be accepted.
